You should have no trouble finding the cottage and the village of Trecastle is itself very easy to find. Trecastle is halfway between Brecon and Llandovery on the A40.
Approaching from Brecon/East:
As you enter the village and round the corner you will see the teracotta coloured building of the Castle Coaching Inn
in front of you on the left hand side. Immediately after the Castle, take the road that forks off down to the left. Cross the bridge and you will see Auld Ffynnon
just ahead on the right hand side. You can park in the 2 spaces outside the cottage.
Approaching from Llandovery/West:
As you enter the village you will pass a lay-by on the right hand side, take the first right turn after the
lay-by next to the Antiques shop. Take the first left turning after the old school and you will find Auld Ffynnon 100 yards or so ahead on the left hand side.
